Nazlı İrem ODABAŞI

Nazlı İrem Odabaşı was born in Erzurum in 1990. She completed secondary and high school in İstanbul. She went to University in Bosnia&Herzegovina. She is married and has a son. She majored in English Language and Literature and English Language Teaching in International University of Sarajevo. Odabaşı, who started her career at her university as an assistant, also was the head of the Faculty of Arts and Social Studies as a student. During her teaching years, she prepared an English Textbook with her colleague that is used as 1st Grade English Book in a private school. In the same school, she took an active role in English Town Project and its curriculum. Throughout her professional life, Odabaşı, has worked at all levels of both primary and middle schools. Later in her working life, she was introduced to the IB education system which gave a new direction to her career, she completed her IBEC training and became a certified IB teacher. Over the years, she has worked both as an English and Bilingual Classroom Teacher in an international private school. She used differentiation methods in her classrooms and with the help of voice and instrument lessons she had, she uses methods of teaching through music actively in her classes. Nazlı İrem Odabaşı, who has a strong career background, actively works at Acıbadem Schools as an English Teacher at the Primary School Department.
